Do you offer a collection & delivery service?

Yes, we offer a free service collecting and delivering your vehicle from your home or place of work, within the Basingstoke area.

We also offer a Drop and Shop service – after you have dropped your car off, we will take you to the town centre, and collect you when your vehicle is ready.

Please note – both of the above services are available for car servicing or major repairs only.

While you wait – if you prefer to wait while we see to your car, you can enjoy a tea or coffee, use of our free Wi-Fi, or watch TV, while making yourself comfortable in our dedicated customer waiting area.

Arrangements can also be made to drop off or collect your vehicle outside of working hours.

How long will you need my vehicle?

Most servicing and repairs can be carried out the same day, but we will contact you if more time is needed, or we will advise you at the time of booking.

What happens if my vehicle needs additional work?

We will contact you and discuss our findings, providing you with an estimate of costs and timescales involved. That way, your repair costs don’t spiral out of control, and there are no nasty surprises.

Do you supply estimates?

Yes, an estimate of costs can be provided, prior to work being carried out. It is helpful if you have your current mileage and service book available when you call.

What guarantees/warranties do you offer?

Despite popular opinion, you can have your car serviced and repaired anywhere without invalidating your manufacturer’s warranty, providing genuine parts or original equipment (OE) quality parts are used. We use all genuine, high quality parts covered by a minimum 12 month warranty (some terms and conditions apply).

We also guarantee all our services.

How often do I need to get my vehicle serviced?

We will automatically send you a reminder of when your vehicle is next due for service – this is based on a time interval. We will put a sticker on your window of the mileage requirement, should you reach that first.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We are happy to accept payment by bank transfer, debit/credit card or cash.
