Q Do you provide an estimate and cost of work?
A Yes, estimates can be provided prior to the work being carried out, please have your current mileage and service book to hand when you call.
Q What if your diagnosis finds other work required?
A You will always be advised of any additional work required, and your approval for the additional work will be gained before work begins.
Q Do you only work with Volvo cars?
A We are primarily an independent Volvo specialist, but our professional team and fully equipped garage is suitable for repairs to all modern cars.
Q How long will you need my car for?
A The majority of servicing and repairs can be carried out on the same day. You will be advised if more time is needed.
Q How often does my car need to be serviced?
A Once your car has been to the workshop we will automatically send you a reminder when your next service is due, based on a time interval – most cars now have an onboard reminder.
Q Can you collect my vehicle from home or place of work?
A We offer a free collection & delivery service in and around the Basingstoke area. If you live outside of Basingstoke and can drop your vehicle off to the workshop, we will happily drop you into Basingstoke Town Centre and collect you later when your vehicle is ready.
Q What type of payment do you accept?
A We accept payment by credit/debit card, cheque or cash.
Q I have a warning lamp on – what do I need to do?
A If the car is starting and running as normal call to schedule an appointment. If the car is running poorly – call to arrange an investigation.
