Q Do you provide an estimate and cost of work? A Yes, estimates can be provided prior to the work being carried out, please have your current mileage and service book to hand when you call.
Q What if your diagnosis finds other work required? A You will be advised of any additional work required and your approval for the additional work will be gained before work begins.
Q Do you only work with Volvo cars? A We are primarily an independent Volvo specialist but our professional team and fully equipped garage is suitable for repairs to all modern cars.
Q How long will you need my car for? A The majority of servicing and repairs can be carried out on the same day. You will be advised if more time is needed.
Q How often does my car need to be serviced? A Once your car has been to the workshop we will automatically send you a reminder when your next service is due, based on a time interval – most cars now have an onboard reminder.
Q What type of payment do you accept? A We accept payment by credit/debit card, cheque or cash.
Q I have a warning lamp on – what do I need to do? A If the car is starting and running as normal call to schedule an appointment. If the car is running poorly – call to arrange an investigation.
