The Independent Volvo Specialist was originally established as The Volvo Centre, in 1991 by Martin Matthewson.

Since this time we have become a well established specialist garage for the Basingstoke area.  The workshop's semi-rural location on Pensdell Farm, Cliddesden is not only idylic, but allows us to keep our overheads low.  This is reflected in our competitive labour charges.  The workshop is fully equipped with the latest computerised facilities, including fuel injection and electrical diagnosis, and air conditioning system repair equipment, to allow full specialist servicing.  We have also recently installed facilities to supply and fit tyres for added convenience for our customers.

For many years we have all been given an excellent option in the market, to have your vehicle looked after and repaired well - by an Independent Garage, and not just the Main Dealers.

This in turn has kept a competitive market for your vehicle repairs and servicing.  If the Independents are not supported this competition will diminish, and what will the Main Dealers be charging then? ......... It will be an expensive cup of coffee!!!
